help you choose a template, and make simple mods to that template to reflect eg your organisation's logo / name etc
set up your site navigation / initial pages so that you can log in and add content.
set up several modules and components that we have found to be very useful (eg Jcal, Extplorer, AcaJoom, JCE Editor, rokslideshow, etc; depedning on your needs)
Provide some support and training (via email, some skype, some phone) for you to be able to login and edit your own content.
