in places of deepest human need - remote places where flying is not a luxury,
but a lifeline. For almost 60 years, MAF has flown over jungles, mountains, swamps and deserts to bring thousands of men, women and children medical care, emergency relief, long-term development and Christian hope.

Thanks to all the MAF supporters who visited the MAF display at ReachOut at Katoomba on the third weekend in August, especially those who brought friends along. And thanks to all the other people who dropped by the display and learned more about MAF's work around the world. ReachOut, as usual provided inspiring Bible teaching on Mission as well as an opportunity to interact with 60 missions represented at the conference. Contact was made with several people who are considering becoming a missionary with MAF and others who were interested in supporting MAF's work in various ways. The display was staffed by NSW State Council Chairman, Chris Sinfield, Area Rep. Ron Watts and State Rep. Tom Teale-Sinclair.
