If your stuggling with the effects of mental illness or emotional difficulties overwhelm you, a loved one or a friend then consider the program offered by the Wide Bay womens Health Centre. Run each fortnight the education sessions cover such topics as: What can I do about Depression?, Panic - Retraining Fear, Dealing with Bipolar disorder and Coping in a Crisis. The programs are run by fully accredited clinical psychologists with other topics introduced later in the year. Ring the co-ordinator on 4191 4950 to register your interest or for further information.
